Four steps, in this order.
You sign nothing before seeing the tool run on your own operation.
You give us a month you know by heart: your agents, their qualifications, your real requirements, your leave as it was granted. We compute the matching roster and compare it with yours, together. You measure the gap on what matters: hours per agent at equal contract, free weekends, uncovered positions. No commitment.
We take your rules as they apply in your operation: collective agreement, site agreements, vocabulary, qualifications, rest, fairness, staffing requirements, contract types. We separate with you what is forbidden from what is merely costly, because that boundary is what makes a roster good. The quotation is issued at this stage, before any work starts, and does not move.
You receive your application, installed on your premises or hosted, your choice, with your data imported from your current files. Training for your planners, then a first real month validated together under real conditions. From then on, it is yours.
The first year is included. After that, an annual fee for updates, direct support and adjusting your rules when your organisation or your season changes. Without that contract, the application keeps working exactly as it did on the last day.
A single payment, issued on quotation.
No subscription, no module to unlock, no billing per agent or per roster generated. The amount is set before we start and does not move.
The quotation is issued after the demonstration and the analysis of your rules, before any work starts, and covers one organisation. We hand it to you once you have seen the tool run on your own data, not before.
Three levels of complexity.
What changes the duration is not the number of people. It is the number of particular rules to model.
One team, one site, up to about a hundred people. Your rules fit a known frame: rest, qualifications, fairness, staffing requirements. Import of your current files.
Several teams or several sites. A collective agreement and local agreements to model, rules specific to your organisation, several validation cycles with your planners.
Unprecedented rules that require the engine to evolve, an export to your existing system, or shared access across several sites.
You buy the application. You keep it.
A one-time payment gives you the software, not a revocable right of access. The support contract is an option, never a condition: without it you lose the service, never the tool or your data.
